We are not all born with super confidence. I know I wasn't. I certainly at times have known how to fake it and muddle through. I actually can honestly say I perfected it. It took me years to learn how to stop judging myself and find peace. Over those years I learnt that true authentic confidence and self belief, takes time to nurture, build and grow. It can also through life challenges, take a pretty strong bashing. How do you rebuild your mind and create lasting confidence when your perhaps at rock bottom, don't particularly like the world, feel wounded and perhaps put into a box?
Well simply put, I believe you do it one thought at a time.

For our planet to find peace within its religious organizations, a Oneness approach has been needed for so long. I often have dreams where I am preaching to congregations of all types. A number of months ago, possibly 5 months ago, I dreamt quite a vivid dream. I was approaching a new modern building, built on split levels. Walking towards it with me where thousands of people. Some Muslim, some Catholic, Some Hindu and others. It was a warm friendly atmosphere and on entering the building I could choose to go to any room I wanted, I wasn't limited. Catholics sat with Muslims and vice versa. It was a pretty amazing experience.
